Getting an order ready

When payment authorization clears, our normal preparation estimate is 1–2 business days. This processing period does not include weekends or applicable public holidays.

The trip after shipment

Carrier travel is generally estimated at 4–6 business days from dispatch. It begins after handling and remains an estimate rather than a fixed arrival promise. Checkout determines destination availability, the shipping charge and any active delivery promotion.

Delivery information

Enter a precise street address, email and phone number. A new tracking record may not move until the first network scan. Early correction requests are reviewed, but later changes may be unavailable once fulfillment or carrier work advances.

Help with an exception

Write to technology1337x@gmail.com if tracking is unusually delayed, a parcel appears lost, a delivered scan cannot be located or the shipment arrives damaged. Send the order reference, checkout email and tracking details, plus clear pictures of the box and contents for damage.
